As the Broker at Lake Chapala Real Estate (LCRE), Kristina brings over two decades of living at the Lake Chapala area, and U.S. licenses as a Realtor, Broker and General Contractor. She is also fully bilingual.

Kristina has an uncanny people sense and, as broker, is in a unique position to expertly pair you with the LCRE Agent most suited to your needs. She will then oversee the alliance and make sure your needs are successfully met as you navigate the real estate process in Mexico.

Kristina’s entire family moved to Lakeside in the early ‘90s and are well-known as “old-timers” that fully integrated into both the Mexican and the Expat communities. Three of Kristina’s four children were born, raised and educated here in Mexico.

In North Carolina and Tennessee Kristina pursued a successful real estate and home construction career, and met and married her best friend and love of her life, Troy Meadows.

Now back at Lakeside Chapala, she says, “It feels so good to be home!”

For many years, Kristina shared her love of Mexico, its culture and people in general through her role as Co-Director and Real Estate Liaison with Focus on Mexico (FOM), a long-established educational program for newcomers. It was during her tenure with FOM that she became impressed with the professionalism and integrity at Lake Chapala Real Estate. She is thrilled to now be the agency’s owner and broker.
