As a Bi-Lingual Agent Christian was born in Guadalajara Jalisco and for over 24 years he lived in the U.S. in the Capital of California. He started in Real Estate working as a Loan Officer in 2004 – 2007, and due to the Real Estate crash back in 2008 - 2010 he had to change fields and started to work as a Sales Representative for a Latino Local Magazine called MITO magazine; which in time I became the Marketing Director. After a few years, he came back to the Real Estate Industry working at the office of American DC Real Estate but this time as an agent where he produced an average sale of 3-4 closings per month. Due to the production of 2015, when his volume sales surpassed 40% of the total company sales, the company got the attention of Remax Real Estate that wanted the office to operate as an outside branch. In 2016, Quieres Casa? Real Estate; former American DC became part of Remax using the line “Empowered by Remax”.
