Chris was born and raised in St. Catharines, Ontario. At age 15, she joined a Military Band, and learned about how teams versus an individual can change the world. Transferring from the Reserve Musician to Regular Forces, she changed from hobby musician to Electronics Technician on the CF-18, Canada’s Fighter jet. From there, Chris transitioned to teaching electronics, and then computers. Community volunteering has always been an important part of Christine’s life.
After almost 25 years, Chris retired from the Royal Canadian Air Force to focus on her kids and their schooling. After her two children left the nest, it was time to find somewhere warmer. Lake Chapala was the obvious choice, as it offers many activities, theatre, music and many worthy opportunities to volunteer. She loves animals and time at the beach.
After having experienced many difficulties during the move to Mexico, Chris wishes to utilize her newfound knowledge to help her clients have an amazingly smooth transition into their new homes. She is happy to have found the wonderful team at Chapala Realtors that makes the extra effort, just as she does, ensuring that quality and excellence in customer service is the first priority.
Chris is a Co-Founder and proud member of the ANAVETS Mexico Unit#19 (Army, Navy, Air Force Veterans). “As a Veteran, I feel it’s very important to look after my Military family and the community.”
