Nelly Martinez

Nelly Martínez holds a degree in Business Administration. Born in Guadalajara, she grew up in the Lake Chapala (Ribera de Chapala) area. She previously worked as a Human Resources Manager for Real de Chapala Hotels, part of the business units of the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.
In 2015, she entered the real estate industry, simultaneously pursuing continuous training and gaining market experience with the expatriate community. By 2019, leveraging her bilingual skills and local expertise, she began developing her own property management business; in 2020, she took over her first management property in downtown Ajijic, transforming it into a Bed & Breakfast.
In 2022, she formally opened her own office, serving an established client base with property management, rental promotion, and real estate services.
She is currently a certified Real Estate Broker offering the following services:
